Acceptance

By using Calendarchy, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the software.

What Calendarchy is

Calendarchy is free, open-source software distributed under the MIT License. It is a terminal application that runs on your computer to display and interact with your calendar events.

Your accounts

Calendarchy connects to Google Calendar and iCloud Calendar using your credentials. You are responsible for:

Calendarchy is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied. This includes but is not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. See the full MIT License for details.

Limitation of liability

In no event shall the authors or copyright holders be liable for any claim, damages, or other liability arising from the use of the software. This includes any missed events, incorrect calendar data, or unintended calendar modifications.

No service guarantees

Calendarchy depends on third-party APIs (Google, Apple) that may change or become unavailable. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to your calendar data.

Open source

The source code is available on GitHub. You are free to inspect, modify, and distribute it under the terms of the MIT License.

Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated. Changes will be posted here with a new date and included in software updates.
